To make a reservation using our secure online booking service simply enter your intended reservation date on the booking calendar above, click on search and follow the steps to obtain immediate confirmation of your booking.

Deposit / Payment Policy: 

1 Nights tariff will be charged at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard. A 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.

Balance of payment is to be made on arrival. A current valid credit card is also required on arrival. In the event that you do not have a credit card, photo identification and a cash bond of $500 will be requested.

Group bookings will need to be finalised and paid in full 14 days prior to arrival date 

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival date for peak season and special event periods or 72 hours notice during low season in order to avoid a cancellation penalty fee of 1 night's accommodation. Early departures whilst in house are non-refundable

  • Reception is open between the hours of 8.30am - 5pm
  • Check in time is from 2.00pm - If arriving after hours please phone ahead to make arrangements for collecting key
  • Check out time is 10.00am
  • A late check out of 4pm is available for an additional fee but is subject to availability
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to book at this resort
  • A no smoking environment exists throughout the resort
  • No pets allowed on the resort with the exception of assistance dogs.
