The use of natural materials and neutral tones ensures each beach house sits harmoniously within its natural leafy surrounds, while creating a sense of visual peace and privacy.
Bay Beach Houses are two storey villas, designed so they can be booked as either two seperate apartments or linked to provide accommodation for up to 14 people. The first floor providing expansive ocean views over the bay from the balcony, with master bedroom and ensuite, second master bedroom and shared bathroom with third bedroom that has two single beds; while the ground floor apartment enjoys ocean views from the deck and the indulgence of a private plunge pool, gas heated to a comfortable 26 degrees, it includes master bedroom with ensuite and second bedroom with two bunk beds.
Grove Beach Houses are designed to accommodate more than one family with two master bedrooms each with ensuite, a second bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom with two bunk beds. They sleep up to 10 people, but are also cleverly designed to be keyed down to a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom house for more intimate stays. The Groves Houses overlook beautiful landscaped gardens and a private lawned area. A select number have a heated plunge pool set in the timber deck, and are screened for privacy.
Other features of both the Bay and Grove Houses include reverse cycle airconditioning throughout, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious dining and lounge, flat screen televisions, Foxtel, Bose sound system with iPod dock, open gas fire, luxurious tiled bathrooms with free standing bath in the master bedroom ensuite, separate laundry with powder room, outdoor kitchen with barbeque and sink, outdoor hot and cold shower.
All linen is provided,excluding beach towels, as well as a complimentary starter pack of amenities. Port-a-cots and high chairs are available for hire.
A late check out of 4pm is available for a fee of $55, dependent on availability .
As our Beach Houses are specifially designed to be fully self contained servicing is not available unless stay is for 7 nights or more.
