WEDDING INFORMATION - Aqua Resort Busselton
Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding and thank you for considering our resort for your special day.
We offer a beautiful water front venue with grassed and landscaped gardens under the shade of mature peppermint trees; ideal for a picturesque marquee style wedding.With luxury beach front accommodation, it is the perfect solution for a complete wedding location.
Our wedding requirements are for a minimum 2 night stay, booking 3 of our ocean view Bay Beach Houses which directly front the venue area; plus a venue fee.
The required Bay Beach Houses will accommodate up to 14 guests in each house. The rate for the Bay Beach Houses is $1200 per night. (Rates are subject to change). The venue hire fee is $950. (Rates are subject to change)
Other styles of villas are also available if your guests wish to book additional accommodation. We can offer exclusive rates and will be happy to hold an allotment of houses under your Wedding Name for your guests to book from.
We offer the accommodation and venue hire component only. The planning of your wedding event is then entirely to your preference which enables you arrange your special day to suit your style and budget. We have included our list of suggested suppliers to assist you with your plans.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT
- Deposit & Payments: A deposit of 1 night’s accommodation for the 3 required Bay Beach Houses, plus the venue hire fee is to be paid at the time of booking. Full payment for accommodation is required prior to arrival day. Payment can be made by visa or master card (1% surcharge applies) or direct debit. Cancellation notice of 8 weeks prior to function date is required or all deposits will be withheld.
- Bond: A $1500 bond is to be paid 1 week prior to the wedding day to cover damages to common areas (i.e. garden beds, pools etc.). This will be refunded 48 hours after clean up, less any costs for damages that may occur from wedding guests.
- Time Limits: 12 midnight close down is required by Shire regulations. No After Parties in houses.
- Noise Levels: Noise and music volume is to be maintained at a reasonable level as deemed by management. Music to finish at 11 pm
- Marquee: Marquees are to be erected on the day of the wedding and dismantled the day after the wedding (unless pre-arranged with management).
- Venue Clean-up: Tables, chairs etc. are to be cleared from the venue area the day after the wedding.
- Parking: There is on-site parking for those guests staying at the resort. Outside visitors will be required to park offsite. There is a public car park area at the end of Harvest Road with access to the resort from the beach front end approx 100m from the car park.
- Security Gates: The resort security gates are closed in the evening. Guest room keys will open the gates.
- Restrooms: Wedding guests are to have access to the downstairs powder rooms located in each Bay Beach House.
- Smoking: This is a non smoking venue.
- Alcohol: The responsible service of alcohol and wedding guest behavior is the responsibility of the client.
- Security Personal: If management deems security personal may be required for the wedding function, the cost will be passed on to the client.
