Glen Hagger is a Western Australian private chef and founder of GH Produce, known for his produce-driven, paddock-to-plate dining experiences.
With a deep connection to native bushfoods through his Indigenous partnership, Dreamtime Foods, Glen blends modern Australian technique with coastal influence and locally sourced ingredients. His menus are seasonal and story-led, designed to create connection around the table, whether for an intimate dinner party, a long lunch, or a refined degustation.

Throughout the evening, Glen shares the story behind each ingredient, inviting guests to taste, discover and engage with the food. Watch dishes come to life, learn techniques, ask questions and enjoy an immersive culinary journey that can be as interactive as you like.
Every menu is tailored to the occasion and can be thoughtfully paired with local South West wines.

When he’s not in the kitchen, he’s usually in the ocean.
