Glen Hagger is a Western Australian private chef and founder of GH Produce, known for his produce-driven, paddock-to-plate dining experiences.

With a deep connection to native bushfoods through his Indigenous partnership, Dreamtime Foods, Glen blends modern Australian technique with coastal influence and locally sourced ingredients. His menus are seasonal and story-led, designed to create connection around the table, whether for an intimate dinner party, a long lunch, or a refined degustation.

Every menu is tailored to the occasion and can be thoughtfully paired with local South West wines.
